What To Look For In a Wine Fridge, Part 2
As I liberated my wines from the storage boxes into my wine fridge today, I realizes I left a couple things out of my wine fridge post:
Depth and shelf height is important. You want to make sure that one spot on the rack/shelf and accommodate even the most ostentatious of Champagne bottles or the tallest of Rieslings.
Extra space on the bottom, below the racks, is an added bonus. Makes a nice place for a magnum or two.
