2005 Elk Run – Cabernet Sauvignon Cold Friday Vineyard
Alcoholic and unbalanced, giving way to aromas of nothing in particular. I was disappointed, considering this bottle retails for a little over $20. The Wife made it two sips before she poured it down the sink. We opened up something else to drink and I let a glass of the Elk Run sit out for an hour to see if anything changed. It changed but not for the better, as the wine just fell apart in the glass.
