In San Francisco For The Week

I’m in San Francisco this week working with my employer and attending nerd fest 2008 on Wednesday and Thursday.

Before all this I went to a wedding, drank too much, and eventually ended up back at Dell’Uva, one of my favorite wine bars in the city. Sitting just off the main drag in North Beach, Dell’Uva (Yelp) subscribes to my five wine bar nit picks. They have tons of wines by the glass for $6, plenty more expensive selections by the glass if you feel like getting racy, and they even swapped out a mildly corked glass of Syrah that my wife was served without hassle or eye rolling. Perfect.

I’m not sure I can fit the whole restaurant in my carry on for the flight back to Baltimore, but it might fit in my checked garment bag.
