I think there is confusion in the laws and although Wine cant be distributed in MD it can still be shipped directly to your office or residence if you are a private buyer. I could be wrong but we have been doing it for years. Never heard a client even bring this up till now. I work for a Wine Shop in california and we ship to private buyers all the time in MD
