Day 1 - Vineyard tour with a guide
- On your arrival in Roussillon in the morning, you will meet your wine guide for a hike in the vineyards of Collioure or Banyuls, following the coves of the Mediterranean. Among the terraced vines, you will discover the terroirs and grape varieties of this thousand-year-old vineyard. This friendly morning will end in a family vineyard where you will meet a winegrower who will offer you a tasting of his wines.
- At the end of the day, you settle into your charming bed and breakfast at Coté Saisons, close to the vineyards and the Mediterranean Sea.
- Dinner at your accomodation - drinks included.
- Overnight stay at Coté Saisons.

Day 2 - Relaxing in the Roussillon vineyard
- Breakfast at Coté Saisons.
- In the morning, Iyou are expected in a family winery in the Eastern Pyrenees for a tour followed by a tasting of the wines of the estate.
- You have lunch at the semi-gourmet restaurant La Littorine in Banyuls - Menu, drinks not included.
- You end your stay by hiking in the mountains or strolling near the sea.

Super week-end a Collioure la ballade avec Robert très sympa avec des vues splendides sur Collioure
Dégustation super
Le repas et la nuit a côté saisons étaient au top, très bon accueil, très bon repas, hôtes très gentils.
A faire et à refaire avec grand plaisir !

WEEK END COLLIOURE
Une mention spéciale pour la superbe balade avec Robert. Merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et sa connaissance de la région. La dégustation en fin de balade n'était pas à l'attendu. La visite du chateau Montana très décevante avec un nouveau proprietaire ni accueillant ni commerçant. Peu d'explication, la visite du musée nous l'avons fait seuls et quant à la dégustation il n'y avait pas de blanc ni de rosé au frais. Mention spéciale pour Côté saison avec un accueil de la part d'Edouard au top, au petits soins, et un super petit déjeuner. Idem pour la littorine, rien à dire ainsi que le repas du samedi soir (super accueil et beaux menus). Dans l'ensemble week-end réussi

Tout était parfait lors de la visite du château MONTANA accueil du propriétaire , visite, du musée, de la cave avec les explications , puis la dégustation des différents vins.
Côté Saisons, chambre la Merveille romanesque au calme.
Assiette pleines de saveurs, mélanges de produits fabuleux , les serveurs sont très sympas et à l'écoute de leurs clients et de bon conseil pour la carte des vins.
Décor et décoration de la salle de restaurant très original , calme et sérénité.
Jardin magnifique avec de belles essences.
La Littorine, belle mise en valeur des produits du terroir, vin excellent.
Terrasse agréable avec une jolie vue sur la plage des Elmes.
Un personnel de salle aux petits soins des clients
un régal pour les yeux et la bouche, très joli moment.

Séjour œnologique Collioure
Très satisfait.
Robert, le guide, nous a fait partager sa passion pour la nature et les vignobles.
Les propriétaires des 2 domaines ont pris le temps de nous expliquer leurs productions.
La chambre d'hôtes Côté Saison était superbe avec des propriétaires et une équipe très accueillants, un repas raffiné et goûteux.
Le restaurant La Littorine, avec sa vue magnifique et son menu nous ont également plu.
