How to offer a stay?

All our stays can be offered in the form of a gift box: you just have to click on the "Offer" button. The stay will be valid for 18 months. You will then receive a gift box to give to the beneficiary of the stay by email. You can receive your gift box by post (delay of 48 to 72 hours). You can also buy a "gift voucher" from the "Offer" section of the website.

Will my beneficiary be able to change the gift box?

Gift boxes are exchangeable. After request by email, we will give the beneficiary a voucher code in order to buy on the Vinotrip website another stay / weekend.

How to book a stay? How far in advance?

You can book your stay directly on our website by clicking on the “book” button. We also take your reservations by phone at +33 (0)1 85 46 00 09 and by email at We invite you to contact us as soon as possible before your departure to ensure the availability of services with our partners on the chosen dates.


I am the beneficiary of a gift box / voucher

I received a gift box / gift voucher, how do I use it?

- In the case of a gift box, simply complete the booking request form the following link: (also accessible from the "Gift Recipient" button at the top of the page). Please fill in your gift reference and your booking information (first and last name, email address, 3 dates of stay, etc.).
We then validate the availability of our partners on these dates and confirm your stay by e-mail. A few weeks before your departure, we send you by e-mail the roadbook of your stay.

- In the case of a gift voucher, go directly to our website to choose your stay and make a booking request by indicating the voucher code.

How long is the gift box valid for?

The gift box is valid for a period of 18 months. The validity period starts from the date of purchase. The stay must be completed within the period of 18 months.


Organization of the trip

Do you organize the stay?

We take care of the entire organization and booking of your stay (excluding services not mentioned on the program of your stay).

When will I receive the program for my stay?

About 1 month before your departure, you will receive by email a roadbook with all the practical information: addresses, meeting times, contact details. This travel document will give you all the necessary information on site. Bookings with our partners are made in your name, it may however happen that you have to present a voucher which you will find in this case attached to your roadbook.

Is transport included?

Transport is not included in our stays, to allow greater freedom between the different visits. You must have a personal vehicle on site to get to the various meeting places.

Are we accompanied by a guide?

You go on your own to the different stages of your stay. At each appointment, you are expected by a guide (winemaker himself, wine guide or other).

Is it possible to personalize the holiday programs?

Yes, in addition to the packaged stays present on our website, we create tailor-made stays that we adapt to your desires, budget, special wishes to perfectly meet your expectations.

When is the best time to go to the vineyard?

There is no perfect time! We can advise you according to the rhythm of the seasons of the vine and the wine festivals taking place in the vineyard: you can participate in the harvest from August to the end of October, enjoy the flowering of the vines from June in the Bordeaux vineyards, celebrate the Crémant night in Alsace in July, discover the "Habits de lumière" in Champagne in December, …

Are there any on-site charges?

You have nothing to pay on site except for your personal expenses and any additional services you would like to add.



What are the different means of payment? Is the payment secured ?

You can pay by credit card from the website, the payment process is completely secure. We also accept payment by check and bank transfer.

Are stays refundable?

Stays are non-refundable.
As a beneficiary, the dates of stays can be modified more than 31 days before the departure date: compensation will then be invoiced at €30 per traveler, with the possibility of redefining a departure date, before the expiry date of the gift. Less than 30 days before the departure date, no modification or cancellation can be taken into account, nor give the right to a refund.
In the context of a reservation made directly with a date (excluding gift box), the cancellation costs are as follows:
- more than 61 days before the departure date: 30% of the total amount of the services.
- from 60 to 31 days before the departure date: 50% of the total amount of the services.
- from 30 days before the departure date: 100% of the total amount of the services.


Shipping & Delivery

What delivery method is used to send my gift box? What is the delivery delay ?

The gift box is sent by post by priority letter. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, within a maximum of 48 hours, to which must be added the shipping times which are one working day.

How does the gift box sent by post look like?

The gift box is a 3-page cardboard booklet in A5 format presented in a cardboard mail pouch printed in the colors of the Vinotrip company.


Health situation 2023

What happens in the event of a restriction due to the health crisis?

In the event of a travel ban, confinement or any other government measure preventing the stay from taking place, we will cancel your stay and postpone it to a later date free of charge.
