The Burgundian winemakers we have selected are renowned for the quality of their wines and their warm hospitality and they will share with you their deep attachment to their region and their land. With only two grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay Burgundy expresses, like no other wine region, the nuance of its geological diversity.  In order to preserve this diversity, the vineyard has been meticulously divided up, to the accuracy of a metre, into 1247 different climats*.
Another advantage of Burgundy is undoubtedly the food : exceptional products, traditional recipes and talented chefs. Burgundy is the initiatory wine par excellence and you will need to wander from "clos to clos" (a walled or enclosed parcel) to try to discover rare and secret wines.
