"Great trip. Everything was perfect, and the staff at the wineries were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Restaurant Lulu in Savennières. The cave hotel was truly great, and the welcome was warm. One small downside, though: it was really tough to visit two wineries with tastings on the same day! One of the visits could have been scheduled for the second day. "

The two tours were interesting, and the wine tastings were generous. One minor downside was at the Hostellerie des Clos, which served Vinotrip guests a disappointing meal (fish and mashed potatoes) compared to its regular menu and the dishes served to non-Vinotrip guests. The final experience—blending our own wine—was very enriching. The restaurant at the Pey Latour estate allowed us to sample a variety of delicious dishes.
