Your wine trip program

Day 1 – Arrival in South Corsica
- Upon arrival at Ajaccio Airport, collect the keys to your rental car.
- Drive to Sartène for a private meeting with Raphaël, a master sommelier passionate about Corsican vineyards. He will guide you through a refined tasting paired with local wines and cheeses.
- At the end of the day, head to your beautiful boutique hotel nestled among the vineyards of Sartène: Hameau de Saparale. Enjoy some relaxation time by the pool.
- Optional – Dinner at the estate’s bistronomic restaurant (starter & main course or main course & dessert, drinks not included).
- Overnight at Hameau de Saparale.
Day 2 – Discovering Bonifacio & immersive experiences
- In the morning, drive to the thousand-year-old citadel of Bonifacio and admire the spectacular viewpoint of the Lion of Roccapina.
- Then dive into a life-sized outdoor escape game through the narrow streets of Bonifacio. Solve riddles while uncovering the secrets of the citadel during this fun and immersive experience, accessible to all. An instruction booklet will be provided at the Bonifacio Tourist Office for a 9:00 am start.
- Optional – Lunch in the heart of Bonifacio Marina (starter & main course or main course & dessert, drinks not included).
- Enjoy a free afternoon with a coastal hike above the limestone cliffs (roadbook provided), followed by a relaxing break in a crystal-clear lagoon.
- At the end of the day, visit a Bonifacio wine estate and enjoy a guided tasting.
- Optional – Dinner in a charming fisherman’s hut (starter & main course or main course & dessert, drinks not included).
- Overnight at Hameau de Saparale.
Day 3 – Alta Rocca: wild nature & local treasures
- Breakfast at your accommodation.
- Depart for Alta Rocca to discover the heart of South Corsica and its beautiful villages rich in ancestral craftsmanship.
- Enjoy lunch at a gourmet mountain inn highlighting local flavors (menu excluding drinks).
- After lunch, put on your hiking shoes for a scenic walk facing the impressive Bavella Needles, guided by the provided roadbook.
- Then immerse yourself in the fertile Ortolo Valley for an intimate discovery of essential oils made from endemic maquis herbs — a true aromatic treasure of Corsica.
- Return to your accommodation and conclude this sensory escape with an aperitif tasting of olive oil and Sartène AOC wines.
- Optional – Traditional Corsican dinner in a spectacular cave setting (menu excluding drinks).
- Overnight at Hameau de Saparale.
Day 4 – Free discovery of Ajaccio
- Breakfast at your accommodation.
- Enjoy a final moment of relaxation by the pool before departure.
- Return to Ajaccio. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy a self-guided visit of the city. Napoleon Bonaparte’s birthplace charms visitors with its picturesque historic center, lively streets and colorful markets. Beaches, the Fesch Museum and the harbor’s atmosphere make Ajaccio a must-see, easily explored on foot.
