"A wonderful trip of discovery, focusing mainly on wines from the Côte de Beaune. We toured the estate with Yvonnick Debray, who shared his unique and passionate journey in winemaking. One minor drawback was the price of the wines, which seemed to reflect a bit too much aging in 100% new oak barrels (perhaps a bit excessive?). A visit to Château de Saint-Aubin at the Prosper M estate, guided by the enthusiastic and knowledgeable young Oscar. A spacious room at Château de Saint-Aubin with beautiful decor and very quiet, overlooking the vineyards. (Dinner in St. Romain) followed by a tour of the Olivier Leflaive estate, with detailed explanations in the vineyards, then on to the restaurant for lunch and a guided tasting in the cellar, followed by a wine tasting. Perfect"
