Appointment with the truffle grower and digging demonstration
- At 11 a.m., you will be welcomed by Thierry or Nicolas who will explain everything about the truffle sector, from its harvest to its marketing, including the development of truffle products of their brand (L'Or des Valois).
- They will accompany you in the showroom to comment on the natural cycle of the truffle and answer all your questions.
- Head to the park for the digging demonstration with Julio the dog.
- Back on the terrace or in the dining room for an all-truffle lunch!

Gourmet lunch around Burgundy truffles
- Amuse bouche - Butter Toast with Burgundy truffle and a glass of crémant.
- Starter - Black truffle "pâté en croute" with salad and seasonal raw vegetables, truffle vinaigrette.
- Dish - Ballottine of cod on a bed of sunny side vegetables in brunoise and onion confit, topped with a creamy Burgundy truffle sauce. Accompanied by risotto with parmesan cream.
- Dessert - The experience continues!

Visit and tastings at the Montmain estate
- Cellars tour and explanations of the winemaker at the Montmain wine estate, a family property of 30 hectares (Hautes Côtes de Nuits, Burgundy Aligoté and Coteaux Bourguignons).
- Tasting of 6 wines.
- End of the day around 5 p.m.

A DAY OF GREAT TASTE!
A superb day! Nicolas gave us a very warm welcome at the Maison des Milles Truffes. The presentation on truffles was very interesting, and Nicolas was able to communicate his passion and good humor. Searching for truffles in the park with the little Taiga allowed us to put into practice everything we had learned during the presentation. The meal was delicious, a first for me with pigeon, and really very good. The quality of the produce was top-notch. The second part of the day was a visit to the Montmain estate. We were welcomed by a young, dynamic team who are passionate about what they do and their products. The cellar is quite impressive, as is their stock. We continued with the tasting under a beautiful sun. A great day to share with family and friends. I recommend this very rewarding experience.

What a wonderful day spent at the House of a Thousand Truffles, in the company of Delphine and Nicolas, not forgetting the truff...blionne TAÏGA, to unearth the treasure in the forest!
A fun, educational and gastronomic visit during the meal, thank you all for a fabulous time! The afternoon at Domaine Montmain was also exceptional, thanks to our talented sommelier! 7 wines tasted, and the moving story of "Bernard", founder of the estate! Well done to all!

WONDERFUL DAY
An unforgettable day at the Maison de la Truffe! As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Gaia, the dog extraordinaire, who guided us through the woods, in search of those precious "bouboules" jewels of gastronomy: truffles. All under the passionate guidance of Nicolas, a true expert in the field. Nicolas' passion for truffles was palpable at every turn, and he was able to pass on his love for this precious ingredient, sharing his know-how and anecdotes. After this adventure, we had the pleasure of enjoying a meal prepared around truffles. And as if that wasn't enough, we were then treated to a wine tour and tasting, rounding off an already memorable day.
I highly recommend this day at the Maison de la Truffe to all lovers of gastronomy and discovery. It's much more than a simple visit, it's a total immersion in the enchanting world of truffles, orchestrated by dedicated enthusiasts. An experience not to be missed!

Nicolas' presentation and the truffle tasting were simply exceptional. The truffle meal was of outstanding quality. We particularly appreciated the simplicity and closeness to the customers, who were just the right distance away. The organization by the site was perfect. It's good to see professionals who are responsive and competent.

MAGNIFICENT
We had a great time at the Maison de la Truffe. Nicolas welcomed us with his dog Taiga, and explained everything we needed to know about truffles, from birth to harvest. The highlight was Taiga's demonstration of truffle hunting. We then enjoyed an all-truffle meal. Special thanks to Delphine who adapted my dish. I highly recommend this address.
We then went for a tasting at the Domaine de Montmain where we were welcomed by Gwen. He really shared his passion for wine with us. The visit was very instructive. We tasted red and white wines from different vintages, with all the information we needed for tasting.
I highly recommend it too.

My wife and I were delighted by the immersion offered by these two visits. In the morning, we were warmly welcomed by Nicolas and Taïga, who delighted our senses. Then Gwenaël introduced us to a beautiful estate and some excellent wines.

Very good address at the truffery! Nicolas passed on his passion and above all his good humor!!! Rich in advice and explanations all morning. Congratulations to him and his little dog for finding 5 truffles in a short space of time. Amazing. A gourmet truffle lunch.
This was followed in the afternoon by a wine tasting at Domaine de Montmain.
It's amazing how 2 neighboring plots can produce 2 totally different wines, depending on the amount of sunshine. And even more so from one year to the next.

A perfect moment
What a wonderful truffle discovery. Nicolas and Delphine are top notch thanks to their warm welcome (not forgetting Taïga) and their advice. We had an extremely gourmet lunch, and congratulations again to the chef.
The visit to the Domaine was also perfect, and Gwen spoiled us for choice during the tasting: he knows the history of the famous Bernard wine like the back of his hand, and gives excellent advice on the choice of wine.
A memorable day when you forget to look at your watch.
