La Cour des Saligues – Charming Guest House

Located in the heart of the village of Riscle, in the “French Tuscany,” La Cour des Saligues is a characterful house dating back to around 1850. Formerly a post relay and later an automobile garage at the beginning of the 20th century, it was completely renovated over an 18-month period to become an elegant guest house combining charm, authenticity, and comfort.Anna and Fabrice warmly welcome you and are delighted to share their tips for discovering the Southwest of France, its vineyards, local producers, and rich heritage.

The house offers three bedrooms and two suites, each decorated in a unique style that blends vintage flea-market spirit with contemporary design. For those seeking greater independence, the property also provides a very original and fully equipped holiday cottage for up to six people, the “Atlantique” Gîte.

On site, you can enjoy the swimming pool, savor breakfast served in the dining room or on the terrace depending on the season, and take advantage of a meal tray service. A summer kitchen is also available so you can prepare your meals freely. An ideal place to relax and discover the region in a friendly and authentic atmosphere.

Travellers' review - La Cour des Saligues

  • A Trip to the Gers

A very enjoyable stay in the Gers: wonderful encounters and a great summer discovery! Tastings (Armagnac and Madiran) of the very, very highest quality with passionate professionals who are a joy to listen to! We highly recommend it! The hospitality at La Cour des Saligues was also perfect: the quality of the bedding, the meals, and the breakfasts deserves special mention, as does the warm welcome from the hosts! One minor downside, however, was the restaurant on our last night, which didn’t quite live up to the overall quality of the stay (in terms of both the setting and the menu). Nevertheless, it was an excellent experience overall!

  • VINOTRIP

We were warmly welcomed at each of the wineries we visited, as well as at the Cour des Saligues where we stayed. Excellent memories of our three-day trip

  • tasting in the Gers

Excellent stay, excellent welcome from our hosts at the Cour des Saligues, at the restaurant in Riscles and in the various local armagnac and wine tasting cellars, as well as at the wild boar farm. Delicious meals and sublime tastings! One small drawback: the time between the 11am tasting at Domaine de Laougué and the 12:30pm meal at Ferme des Sangliers was too short. 1 hour more would have been necessary! We were delighted with our stay and look forward to returning to the region.

  • Weekend in the Gers

An excellent welcome from everyone who took part in this Vinotrip, whether at the La cour des saligues B&B, where Michael was attentive to his guests, or in the nearby restaurants. As for the winemakers who welcomed us, each and every one of them conveyed the passion for the vine that is needed to produce excellent wines and spirits. In a single word PERFECT weekend TO RECOMMEND
