Day 1 - Settle in at the chateau near Saint-Emilion
- Upon your arrival at Libourne Station, you will be welcomed by your driver who will take you to the heart of the Saint-Emilion vineyard, at Château La Grande Clotte.
- At the estate, you will be greeted by your hosts Julie and Mathieu, two young passionate oenologist engineers who own the place. Settle into one of the beautiful rooms of the winery and take the time to discover the on-site facilities: pool, pétanque court, ...
- In the evening, enjoy the peaceful setting of La Grande Clotte while savoring your meal of tapas accompanied by a bottle of wine.
- Overnight at Château La Grande Clotte.

Day 2 - On the vineyard roads by electric bike
- Breakfast made from local and homemade products
- Around 10 a.m., depart for a day on an electric bike to discover the Saint-Emilion vineyard (bike rental included). During this ride, meet local producers who will introduce you to regional specialties.
- At lunchtime, enjoy a picnic made from the products collected in the morning during your bike ride.
- To end the day beautifully, return to Château La Grande Clotte in the late afternoon for a complete visit of the family-owned winery followed by a tasting of 3 vintages.
- Gourmet dinner at a restaurant near your accommodation – Menu excluding drinks.
- Overnight at Château La Grande Clotte.

Day 3 - Free day or blending workshop at the chateau
- Breakfast made from local and homemade products.
- Optional - Blending workshop: oenology course and initiation to the art of blending by creating a cuvée that reflects you.
- Private transfer to Libourne station included.
Available from May to October.

Weekend wine tasting at Chateau La Grande Clotte in Lussac St Emilion
Superb weekend with Julie and Mathieu MERCIER from Château la Grande Clotte in Lussac St Emilion. Top-notch welcome, top-notch gîte and top-quality activities (electric bike ride to enjoy the St Emilion landscapes with picnic of very good local produce + table d'hôte dinner in the evening + tour of the estate and wine tasting). We really enjoyed everything.
Go with your eyes closed, you won't regret it!

Superb stay
A perfect weekend. The bike tour is really great: the pic-pic is delicious and is composed through an itinerary where you stop at a bakery, charcuterie, chocolaterie, macaroon store. It's a great idea, and a lot of fun too. All accompanied by a small bottle of wine and water. It's all very, very well thought out. The bike ride is wonderful, and the electric battery helps on the way back. The stay at La Grande Clotte is super relaxing: beautiful pool, right in the vineyards, nice arrival with a glass of wine and a delicious lunch-box, clean and bright rooms. Oh, and excellent breakfast too, with everything you need! Homemade fruit, breads, yoghurt and jams. On top of that, Julie explains everything and is very attentive to everyone's needs. I recommend 100%.

Weekend with friends
A perfectly successful weekend with friends! The planned activities were much appreciated, especially the discovery of Saint-Émilion by bike and on foot. The hosts are extremely pleasant and have thought of everything to ensure the comfort of their guests. We highly recommend this stay. A beautiful region to discover!

Stay Chateau la France Clotte
An absolutely perfect stay. We really appreciated Julie and Mathieu's welcome. The location is magnificent.
The bike ride prepared by Julie was ideal: a superb route through the vineyards. The idea of coupons for the picnic was really clever.
Dinner at the restaurant was also a very good choice.
We were lucky enough to enjoy the presence of the cooper, which made the moment even more unique.
And the wine blending with Cyndie was a very warm and professional moment.
Everything came together to make this an unforgettable stay. A big thank you to the whole team - we really recommend this experience.

Many thanks for a very pleasant stay. The warm welcome immersed us in the atmosphere of the vineyards. The visit to the vineyards is original. The oenological workshop is instructive.
