Bike ride and tastings in the vineyard of Champagne

On arrival in Champagne, make your way to Rilly-la-Montagne, where your guide will be waiting to begin a half-day electric bike tour. Ride along scenic vineyard roads, pass through Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages, and enjoy beautiful views across the Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park. Along the way, your guide will introduce you to the history of the villages, the work of the winegrowers and the natural heritage of the Champagne region. The experience ends with a tasting at a Champagne house — the perfect conclusion to this active vineyard escape.
Optional - Continue your journey in Boursault, where you are expected at Maison Le Gallais for a champagne-focused workshop. The experience includes a tour of the production facilities (cellars, modern press, and vat room), an explanation of the champagne-making process, a walk through the vineyard, and a tasting of four cuvées. (+ €70/pers.)
At the end of the afternoon, you will reach your accommodation close to Epernay, the Champagne Philippe Martin, a lovely guestrooms located in the small village of Cumières.
Enjoy dinner at a restaurant offering traditional and seasonal cuisine - Drinks not included.

Vintage van tour in the vines in Champagne

Breakfast at your accommodation.
In the morning, you leave in a small group for a ride in Estafette (French vintage van) where you will be told the history of the Champagne region and the work of the vine according to the seasons. As the highlight of the walk, you will enjoy a tasting of a glass of Champagne in the middle of the vineyards - Optional: choose a private tour with an introduction to the art of sabering the bottle of Champagne (+ €52/pers.)
Optional - Lunch in a restaurant in the town center of Epernay based on a generous local cuisine - Menu starter, main course, dessert (drinks not included). (+ €35/pers.)
Then, you will drive towards Castellane Domain for a commented visit of the property, of the museum and of its famous panoramic tower 60 meters high that will offer you a stunning view above the city of Epernay. The visit is followed by a tasting of champagnes from the property.
