Day 1 - Sustainable wine-tastings in Pau
- On your arrival in Pau in the afternoon, you can settle into your hotel and start exploring the capital of the Pyrenees.
- At the end of the day, you will taste local products and organic or biodynamic agriculture wines at a wine cellar-bar in the city center. The sommelier will guide you to find wines according to your taste to accompany your generous platter of Pyrenees charcuterie and various cheeses - 2 glasses of wine included.
- Overnight stay in a double room in a 4* hotel in the Pau area.

Day 2 - Tasty reflections of organic Jurançon
- Breakfast at your accommodation.
- Optional - Rent an electrically assisted bicycle for the day in order to make an eco-friendly travel and to limit your carbon footprint!
- Your day starts in the morning at Domaine Latapy in the vineyards of Jurançon, only 15 minutes from the city center. This estate, in organic viticulture for 20 years, welcomes you to take part in an escape game which will lead you into a police investigation to discover the estate in a playful and participating way.
- Once you have solved the mystery (or not), your guide Irène will introduce you to the estate, its terroir, its wines, and its organic farming techniques, and will offer you a commented and detailed tasting of the estate's wines.
- You close your organic and tasty stay at Domaine Latapy with a home-made organic vegetarian lunch - drinks included.
Valid all year round for a stay starting from Tuesday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Pau et domaine Latapy
Pau nous a surpris pour son authenticité et finesse architecturale. La dégustation chez les 4 PEPINS a été enrichissante avec un personnel gentil et méticuleux. Le lendemain, l'escape-game au domaine Latapy nous a bien amusé ! Jeu bien organisé et pas du tout évident ! L'accueil a été des meilleurs, nous nous sommes senti comme entre amis. Repas super frais, de saison et fait-maison accompagné par une dégustation de deux jurançon vraiment intéressants. Irène et ses collaborateurs s'investissent activement pour préserver leur principes pour une agriculture respectueuse de l'environnement et en vraie symbiose avec la nature. L'appellation BIO n'est pas fictive chez Latapy, c'est évidente et primordiale.

Hormis le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel un peu trop classique pour un 4 étoiles, l’accueil et les dégustations à la cave bar à vin "les 4 pépins" et au domaine Latapie étaient parfaits.

Nous avons passé un agréable moment lors de ce séjour : hôtel bien situé pour découvrir le centre de Pau, excellents produits aux 4 Pépins, et un accueil chaleureux au Domaine Latapy.

Un excellent weekend
Organisation sans faille : des brochures touristiques dans la chambre offertes par l'office du tourisme, une cave à vins très agréable dirigée par de vrais professionnels et la rencontre sympathique d'une vigneronne qui vous fait non seulement apprécier son vin mais partage sa passion pour son métier. Un grand merci à toutes les personnes qui ont rendu ce weekend unique.

NATURELLEMENT BIO PYRENEES
Séjour agréable que ce soit l'hôtel, la cave bar à vin "les 4 pépins" ou le domaine Latapie beaucoup de choses à découvrir et des gens passionnés qui connaissent et aiment ce qu'ils font. Je recommande ce séjour qui est comme d'habitude bien organisé par VINOTRIP

Une belle decouverte
Hôtel très agréable, accueil professionnel et chaleureux tant à l'accueil qu'au petit déjeuner. Personnel souriant et à l'écoute.
Cave à vins 'les 4 pépins' à découvrir absolument. connaissances des vins et vignobles, ils éclairent vos choix et parlent avec passion de leurs produits. Dégustation fabuleuse des vins sur un accord parfait charcuterie fromage.
Domaine Latapie à découvrir si vous voulez échanger avec une vigneronne passionnée et passionnante. Repas très savoureux et escape game très bien pensé et amusant. Ne craignez rien même si vous êtes perdus vous bénéficierez d'une assistance précieuse. Visite enrichissante et originale.
Pau est une ville à découvrir.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end. L'organisation est excellente, de l'arrivée à l'hôtel, en passant par la soirée dégustation jusqu'à la découverte du domaine Latapy. Tout était parfait.
Le choix des intervenants est bon, des personnes sympathiques et impliquées dans la préservation du terroir.
Une mention particulière pour la propriétaire du domaine qui transmet passion, simplicité et authenticité.
