Next, explore the origins of the wines from Alain Brumont's vineyard at Château Bouscassé, a family estate since 1861. You will visit the barrel cellar designed by renowned architect Edmond Lay and enjoy a tasting in the Bouscassé cellar, where several cuvées will be explained and narrated by your guide.

The morning concludes with a refined lunch at the Table de Bouscassé: a meal pairing food and wine, highlighting local products.

Your experience includes a tasting, an introduction to its collection of vintages, a comparison of aromas, and a tour of the ageing cellars — the perfect way to appreciate the full richness of this Gascon spirit.
