Visit to a family winery

Your day begins at Château Paloumey, an independent family-owned Cru Bourgeois. The Château is distinguished by its symbiotic relationship with nature and the production of elegant, airy wines that faithfully embody its terroir from the Haut-Médoc appellation. Enjoy a complete tour of the estate to discover its history, environmentally friendly vineyard practices, and cellar. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of 3 wines.

Between vineyards and forests

In the afternoon, you will travel the Médoc roads to Château des Graviers, located in Arsac, in the heart of the Margaux appellation. Your guide will introduce you to biodynamic farming methods, a value cherished by the Château's owner. Bordeaux grape varieties, vineyard care, and vinification partly in amphorae will hold no more secrets for you! A tasting of the Château's wines will be offered at the end of the visit.

Great family day out
We'll treasure our memories of this cycling trip. Many thanks to our guide Serge, a true wellspring of knowledge, who passionately shared his knowledge of wine and the region. The day was rich in anecdotes, and the route through the paths and vineyards makes for a serene cycling experience!
