Your itinerary
Start your day on the Grand Cru route between Santenay and Meursault with a visit to Maison Prosper Maufoux at Château de Saint-Aubin. The tour of the cellars followed by a guided tasting of the estate's wines will immerse you in the world of Burgundian winemakers. An educational booklet will be provided during your tasting.
Lunch at a restaurant on the wine route – Menu, drinks not included
In the early afternoon, you will be welcomed in the heart of Beaune at Domaine Debray for a tour of the winery and the cellar with explanations of the different stages of winemaking from the arrival of the grapes to bottling, followed by a guided tasting of 4 wines from the family estate.
End your day at Château Corton C with a tasting of the renowned Burgundy wines (Aloxe-Corton appellation, etc.) in a magnificent setting. The Château Corton C vineyard spans seven hectares across prestigious appellations such as Corton, Corton-Charlemagne, Meursault, Volnay, and Pommard, totaling 13 appellations. The different appellations of Château Corton C are presented in the tasting cellar. Adjacent to the cellar, a paved corridor leads to a superb vaulted cellar from the 15th century. Old vintages dating back to 1928, inherited from the first owner of the winery, Pierre André, are carefully preserved there as a testament to the estate's history.

SUPERB STAY
A very pleasant day organized by VINOTRIP. The discussions were very rich and the people we met very helpful. We were able to appreciate many wines at different price levels. The sequencing between venues was perfect, making for a very busy day.

We spent a very pleasant day with 3 visits to complementary wineries, each with a different way of doing things, and with people and professionals who love their work and their region, and know how to share it with you. Very good wine tastings on each visit, and a small charcuterie and cheese tasting at Château Prosper Maufoux to accompany. The order of the cellar visits is very well chosen: Maufoux-repas-debray-Corton. Restaurant 21 boulevard, magnificent setting in old cellars, and very good food. just allow 1/2 hour more between the Prosper Maufoux cellar visit and the Restaurant; the rest is perfect. the last cellar visit at Chateau Corton, an exceptional wine. All in all, an exceptional day with excellent tasting and discovery of the region. Thank you, I highly recommend

We had a wonderful day. The 3 visits were complementary, with no redundancy in content. The professionals were attentive and pleasant. The 21 boulevard restaurant was beautiful and we ate very well too. The sequence was perfect, and we managed to be on time for all the visits. I highly recommend this day out, especially at Aloxe Corton, where we thoroughly enjoyed the wine, the estate and the professional woman at our side.

We loved it!
We did this experience for my husband's birthday. It was a last-minute booking and we were really lucky to be able to take part. The program and choice of wineries was impeccable. We loved the region, the people, the food and especially the wine. The only comment I'd make is that the tasting times after the meal are a bit tight. The vineyards are not in the same place, so we had to run a bit to get there on time. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we had the pleasure of an incredible day of discovery. All the best!
