Day 1 - Discovering Chablis wines
- Upon your arrival in Chablis, you will have lunch at a gourmet restaurant offering instinctive and sustainable cuisine that combines the flavors of the region – Menu, drinks not included.
- Next, you are invited to one of the oldest and most prestigious houses in Burgundy, Domaine Régnard, for a tour of the wine cellar to discover the secrets of making the famous white wines of Chablis, followed by a guided tasting of 5 vintages.
- In the late afternoon, you will settle into your splendid accommodation, Hostellerie des Clos, located in the former Clos des hospices de Chablis in the center of the village.
- Dinner will be served at your accommodation - Menu excluding drinks.
- Night in a comfort double room.

Day 2 - Stroll in the Chablis Vineyards
- Breakfast at your accommodation.
- Optional - In the morning, you can enjoy a moment of relaxation at the spa (one-hour massage).
- You have rendez-vous at Domaine Gueguen for a guided stroll in the vineyards, providing an opportunity to learn more about the grapevines, their cultivation, the work of the winemaker throughout the year, and the functioning of the controlled designation of origin (AOC). Upon your return, a wine tasting of the estate's production awaits you.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix
On a passé avec ma femme un excellent week-end. Le restaurant au fil du zinc exceptionnel, l’hôtel très bien, très propre et que des gens gentils.. je recommande vivement et les dégustations très sympas!

Week-end à chablis
Nous avons passé un très bon week-end,
Nous sommes arrivés du samedi midi au restaurant au fil du zinc, incroyable la cuisine est très bonne et copieuse, ensuite nous avons fait la visite du domaine long depaquit très intéressant la visite est dynamique et animé, dégustation superbe nous avons appris beaucoup de choses,
Deuxième visite du domaine regnard pour le coup décevant, nous étions seuls pour la visite, la « guide » avait du mal à répondre à nos questions ii y avais parfois des blancs c’était un peu gênant, dommage car le domaine a des spécificités intéressantes
Enfin nous sommes allé dans l’hostellerie des clos, très bon repas encore très copieux, les chambres sont classiques, par contre très bruyantes nous avons été réveillé vers 5h à cause du plancher qui grince et du personnel qui commence à travailler, petit déjeuner très bon également
L’avantage dans chablis c’est que tout est à proximité nous avons tout fait à pieds sous le soleil c’était très agréable
Le dimanche il y a un petit marché
C’est une ville très agréable
Week-end très bien organisé entré chaque activités nous avons un peu de temps libre, juste dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de visite des vignobles
On la fait nous meme du coup à la sortie de chablis
