Morning "truffle and wine" in the northern Ardeche
In the village of Serrières in the north of the Ardèche, enjoy a morning of discovery of two exceptional products: wine and truffles.The truffle grower Didier Roche (owner of 3 hectares of truffle oaks) and the wine estate Boissonnet (family property of 15 hectares in Saint-Joseph, Condrieu and IGP wines) join forces to share their passion and know-how with you.You can choose between the two following packages! -
Discovery Package
10:00 am - Departure from the center of the village of Serrières for the visit of the truffle oaks
- Guided visit of the truffle farm with the truffle grower
- Demonstration of cavage with the dog (depending on weather conditions)
11:30 am - Return to the village for the visit of the Domaine Boissonnet
- Visit of the arched cellars guided by the winemaker
- Wine tasting with truffle butter
12:30 - End of the visit

Back to the village to visit Domaine Boissonnet
Visit to the vaulted cellars and explanations from the winemaker.
Tasting of the full range of wines, accompanied by truffle butter for the aperitif.

Egg scramble with truffles (a real treat)
Truffle risotto with sliced poultry (unlimited truffles at no extra charge)
Brie with truffles (simply succulent)
Mignardise dessert around the dijo
All in all, highly recommended and definitely worth repeating!
