Day 1 - Arrival in the heart of nature at Château Saint-Roux
- On your arrival in the Var, you will begin your stay by settling in at Château Saint-Roux, a wine estate and ecolodge perfectly integrated into the its environment.
- You will begin to enjoy the experience at the estate by discovering the vegetable garden, the animal farm and the cheese factory. Activities according to your desires that will allow you to rest and take care of yourself during your stay in the Var region.
- Dinner at the Saint-Roux table made with fresh produce from the estate's organic vegetable garden - 3-course menu - drinks not included.
- Overnight at Château Saint-Roux in a classic room.

Day 2 - Discover the wines of the Ultimate Provence estate
- Breakfast at your accommodation.
- You are expected at the famous Ultimate Provence wine estate to discover their AOP Côtes de Provence wines in organic conversion during a visit and commented tasting of 3 vintages. You will also discover their concept store which offers the best of international trends as well as local creations.
- Return to your accommodation and overnight at Château Saint-Roux in a classic room.

Day 3 - Tastings of organic wines from Provence at the winery
- Breakfast at your accommodation.
- In the morning, during a visit and tasting, you will fully benefit from the experience of the organic vineyard of Château Saint-Roux.
- Optional - "The sommelier's workshop", only available from April to December: guided-cellar tour to learn the basics of winemaking. Participate in a tasting of 3 wines from the estate, like a sommelier. Your workshop ends with a food / wine pairing with a selection of goat cheese and old-fashioned bread from Château Saint-Roux.
- Free discovery of the picturesque villages in the surroundings: Tourtour, Lorgues, Aups, La Garde Freinet, Saint-Tropez, Cotignac, Villecroze, Sillans la Cascade without forgetting the remarkable Gorges du Verdon.
