Day 1 - Cellar tour, wine-tastings and unique accommodation

- Your day continues with a visit to a goat farm, where you will learn the secrets behind the production of the famous Crottin de Chavignol, the iconic cheese of the region — and of course taste it! (If the goat farm is unavailable, it will be replaced by a complimentary bottle from the estate.)
- In the late afternoon, you will arrive at your accommodation, the charming O Refuge d'I Vin guesthouse. You will settle into your unique lodging, either the Finnish kota or the wooden geodesic dome with a clear view of the countryside.
- You can enjoy your late afternoon by freely exploring the Sancerre vineyard on bikes provided by the owners of your accommodation, lounging by the indoor heated pool, or taking advantage of the sauna and Jacuzzi.
