  • Day 1 - Meet a winemaker

    • You have rendez-vous for an original wine-tasting with a winemaker who will share his passion and wines during thematic workshops:
      - Join winegrower Marie Spannagel for a guided visit of her family winery and an interactive tour stimulates the five senses, while the Meyer-Krum family will challenge your tastebuds with white Alsace wines and delicious local cheeses.
      - Try the Alsace Grand Crus and Chocolate experience at Freyburger Estate in Ammerschwihr.
      - Philippe Blanck comes from a long line of winegrowers and will welcome you to the Kientzheim hillsides for an introductory lesson in Qi Gong.
      - Entertaining workshop experience at Domaine Clément Klur and at Domaine Jean-Baptiste Adam to explain the basics of biodynamics and to give their visitors a humorous insight into this way of working.
      - Learn about the mysteries of vinification with the winemaker Jean-Jacques Dietrich in Kaysersberg.
      - Enologist at Domaine Kuehn and history fan Francis Klee will be your guide on a tour that tells the story of Ammerschwihr. Seven metres below ground you will visit the "Caves de l'Enfer" (the Cellars of Hell) for a candle-lit tasting of the Kaefferkopf Great Vintages.
      - Enjoy an easy-going introduction to wine tasting at Domaine Pierre Adam and discover the secrets of the Alsace Grands Crus wines.
    • Diner at a typical alsacian restaurant, with wine and food pairing: 3 course menu with 3 glasses of Grands Crus.
    • Overnight stay at a 3-star or 4-star hotel.
  • Day 2 - Strolling in the Alsatian vineyard

    • Breakfast at your hotel.
    • Fee morning on the Alsace "route des vins".

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. La dégustation était vraiment très bien au Domaine Pierre Adam, l'hôtel était charmant et le personnel très sympathique. Légèrement déçus pour le restaurant car nous attendions un repas bien meilleur vu son classement.

Week end à Kaysersberg

Magnifique week-end en amoureux. Cadre magnifique, les balades y sont nombreuses et très agréables.
Accueil chaleureux et convivial à l hôtel, petit hic les murs sont très fins et on entend ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines. Resto très agréable et délicieux.
