2 Rte de Lyon, 69420 Tupin-et-Semons, France
Nestled on the hillside overlooking the Rhône, the Domaine de Corps de Loup is a place steeped in history. The first traces of vine cultivation here date back to the year 827, bearing witness to an exceptional terroir cultivated for centuries. In 1991, the Daubrée family purchased the estate—then abandoned—and undertook a colossal effort to restore its former glory.
For over 30 years, the Daubrée family has worked with passion to showcase the Corps de Loup terroir by crafting authentic, elegant wines. A generational transmission that preserves the estate’s founding values: respect for nature, excellence in craftsmanship, and a love of wine.
Legend has it that the last wolf of the region was slain on these very lands. This is how the area came to be known as ‘Corps de Loup’—a mysterious and evocative name, echoing the legends that still linger along the Rhône hillsides.

The Domaine de Corps de Loup is located on the border of Condrieu, to the south of the Côte-Rôtie appellation, one of the most prestigious in the Rhône Valley.
The vineyard stretches along the hillside, benefitting from an exceptional climate where Mediterranean influences meet continental freshness. This ideal exposure, combined with the region’s typical granite and schist soils, offers a unique terroir that shapes wines of great finesse and beautiful aromatic complexity.
At the estate, you will find the following appellations: Côte-Rôtie, Saint-Joseph, and Condrieu.

During your visit to the estate, you will have the opportunity, through a guided tour, to discover the subtleties of Côte-Rôtie wines, to understand the estate’s working methods as you explore the cellars, and to enjoy a commented tasting that will help you choose the wines that suit you best.
