Domaine Amirault

46 Av. Saint-Vincent, 37140 Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, France

    • The wines of Domaine Amirault

Domaine Amirault primarily cultivates Cabernet Franc, from which it produces several distinct red cuvées, each reflecting the terroir, the age of the vines, and the character of the vintage.

The parcels of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay are dedicated to crafting Crémant de Loire, the fine sparkling wines of Maison Amirault. Thanks to organic farming, biodynamic vineyard practices, and parcel-based vinifications, each wine fully expresses the singularity of its terroir.

      Domaine Amirault - Visit
    • Discover the estate: wines, aroma garden, and “chai d’oeuvres”

During your visit, you can join a guided tour to explore the subtleties of the Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil wines. You will learn about the estate’s winemaking approach as you walk through the cellars, before enjoying a commented tasting that will help you choose the wines that suit you best.

You will also discover the aroma garden, where fruit bushes, local and aromatic plants, and medicinal plants—used in biodynamic preparations—grow side by side.

In 2020, in collaboration with Tennch, a professional graffiti artist, the estate created a “Chai d’Œuvres.” During your visit, you will be able to explore this winery and admire the frescoes painted on the vats, illustrating “The Journey of the Vine to the Glass”: the vine’s seasonal cycle, the estate’s philosophy, and the key lieux-dits that shape its identity.
