18 Rte de Grenet, 49700 Tuffalun, France
As early as the 15th century, wine was already at the heart of the Seigneur de la Grézille’s attention, with a vineyard established on the Galopinière estate. In Ambillou-Château, a small village along the Loire River, you will discover this historic site and the exceptional Anjou Blanc terroir.
The expression of this unique terroir is enhanced by the estate’s cultivation methods: natural grass cover, soil tilling, sustainable farming practices, and long natural fermentations. The Domaine de la Grézille, a small family-run estate owned by Bruno and Anne Paillocher since 1996, cultivates its vines organically.

The grape varieties grown at Domaine de la Grézille include Grolleau, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chenin, and a newcomer: Floréal.
You will be able to taste red, rosé, and white wines, sparkling wines, as well as grape juice. Many cuvées are aged in oak barrels and produced without added sulfites.

The “vineyard trail”, a 3 km marked and educational path, allows visitors to discover the grape varieties, vine-growing techniques, and local heritage.
The walk concludes with a guided tasting of the estate’s wines and grape juices.
