About Maison Henri Giraud
Maison Henri Giraud has been rooted in the Champagne vineyards since the 17th century. Its champagnes are crafted from two emblematic grape varieties: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
What makes Henri Giraud champagnes truly distinctive is their unique approach to vinification. The wines are aged exclusively in Argonne oak, terracotta or stoneware vessels. With no stainless steel, minimal intervention and very low sulphur use, the house creates champagnes that express the truth of the terroir and the character of the grape varieties with remarkable purity.
Guests can discover the secrets of the estate during a private tour, followed by a guided tasting of a selection of iconic vintage champagnes. The experience continues with the Maison Henri Giraud Chef’s Table, a unique opportunity to explore champagne through a refined food and wine pairing. This exceptional experience includes a tasting of seven different vintage champagnes, each paired with a carefully selected dish.

A stay at Manoir Henri Giraud offers a complete immersion into the terroir, history and culture of Maison Henri Giraud. Guests stay on the estate itself, in a 19th-century residence located in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Champagne hills.
The manor is set in the wine village of Aÿ, 25 minutes from Reims — the historic city of French royal coronations — and just a few minutes from Épernay.

The Spa
At Manoir Henri Giraud, two beautiful treatment areas are dedicated to wellness experiences inspired by the local terroir, including chalk and clay baths, heated treatment tables and relaxing massages with grape seed oil.
Craÿotherapy® for two offers a unique way to experience the terroir of Aÿ. Guests enjoy a gentle warm bath while applying a chalk-based skin treatment made with local chalk, renowned for its softening, energising and soothing properties. The experience is accompanied by a delicious glass of champagne and ends with a 15-minute massage. Treatment duration: 1 hour 30 minutes.
