The gourmet restaurant, Clos du Cèdre
Hostellerie Cèdre & Spa is home to its own gourmet restaurant, Clos du Cèdre, set in a former 19th-century winegrower’s manor house adjoining the hotel. With its wood panelling, period parquet floors and elegant lounges, the restaurant offers a refined dining experience in the heart of Beaune.
Awarded one Michelin star, Clos du Cèdre serves seasonal cuisine inspired by the Burgundy terroir. Chef Jordan Billan and his team work with local produce in a style that is precise, creative, generous and deeply rooted in the region.
