  • Stay to be recommended

    Superb stay! We had some fascinating discussions during the tastings with seasoned professionals! The Relais & Châteaux is an establishment where everything is perfect, with top-quality services! We would have preferred to do the first tasting earlier in the afternoon, so that we could enjoy more of the Relais & Châteaux services on Saturday. Similarly, the treatments at the cueillette spa (which are certainly very well executed) could be offered at the hostellerie de levernois! We didn't go hot-air ballooning, but we have no regrets, as it might have been a bit of a "race" to do it all over the weekend!

  • Dream father-son weekend

    After a fascinating and enriching visit and tasting at the Prosper Maufoux house in Saint Aubin, we toured the beautiful Burgundy region, its villages and vineyards, where life is extremely pleasant. Then we arrived at the Parc de l'Hostellerie in Levernois, next to a relais château with a magnificent garden in which we strolled. The room was very pleasant, with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom. The stay was magical, because of the kindness and passion communicated by the Prosper Maufoux house, their delicious elixirs and the very attentive welcome at the hotel, but above all because Burgundy is a French treasure that we must preserve.     Stay in Levernois, where the old charm is perfect (one downside is the breakfast). The restaurant is top-notch! And so is the visit to a wine cellar.

    Very pleasant stay, both for the discovery of Burgundy wines, where the tasting visit to Olivier Leflaive was very instructive, and for the gastronomic part at the Hostellerie de Levernois, where the welcome, the dinner and the room allocated to us were perfect. A very nice souvenir

    Pleasant tasting of fine Burgundy wines. The meal at Levernois was very good, with a friendly welcome. Very nice stay. Too bad the wind didn't allow us to fly over the vineyards in a hot-air balloon. Very quick refund for this option.

    We received an excellent welcome at the Comte Senard and Prosper Maufoux wineries, Château Corton, and at Château Chailly (golf and dining). Special mention goes to the Hostellerie Levernois!!!!!!

    The establishment cultivates some of its fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs and supplies itself from local producers to guarantee the best of Burgundian cuisine. Delicacy and gluttony are on the menu a few kilometers from Beaune, in their starred restaurant La Table de Levernois and their Bistrot du Bord de l'Eau.
